We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible and we stand behind all of our products 100% which is why you will find our name engraved on majority of the products we sell. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item(s). However due to the additional support and warehouse handling each return is charged a 10% restocking fee. Defective or damaged uninstalled items must be returned pre-paid within 30 days of receipt of your order.
RETURN SHIPPING – Is the responsibility of the customer. Any packages returned must include a return form. If you need assistance returning the item(s) please call our customer service 1-661-824-2046.
• Must be in the original packaging
• Damaged parts must not be used, installed, or disassembled
• No damage due to incorrect installation
• Do not having missing parts or hardware, please keep the stickers and marketing material
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. NOTE: the inspection process may take 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds generally take 4-7 business days to post to customers account from day of refund issue.
If your product has been damaged in shipment please complete our return form within 24 hours of receipt of your product. We will contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.
We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of Feuling® products or other products purchased through Feuling®. No exceptions.
We guarantee the workmanship of all FEULING® products. The guarantee begins on the date of purchase. One year/12,000 mile part replacement warranty unless otherwise specified.
ONCE ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED
Once the order has shipped it is considered a complete and final sale. If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped you will be charged the shipping costs. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back after inspection you will be credited minus the shipping cost & 10% restocking fee. All returned products will be charged a 10% restocking fee- no exceptions.
